DragonBeard is to date the most ambitious project of Clarion's executive director Clara Hsu. The Cantonese play with English subtitles had a run of seven sold out shows on August 9, 10, 11, 16, 17 & 18. A full cast stage reading with slide show and music was performed at the Koret Auditorium, San Francisco Main Library a week later, on August 25.

GAF Glam Bang
Grant Avenue Follies is a cabaret group that brings to life the legacy of San Francisco Chinatown’s golden nightclub era.
GAF Glam Bang is a collection of vignettes on the style, personalities, fun facts AND fiction of the Grant Avenue Follies. Written by the Follies' own playwright and Clarion's executive director, Clara Hsu, this theatrical play was included in the PBS documentary, The Express Way with actor Dulé Hill (released in 2024).
